I am writing to express my extreme appreciation and service with Angelika Joenathan of Coldwell Banker. I have lived in an apartment for the last 4 1/2 years
and had mixed emotions in buying a house, but seriously did not think it would happen. I went on line to look at a few, and left my name and address for contact. Angelika contacted me immediately and has been very helpful in providing me with home-buying information. I find her to be very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable and a very very nice person. She was not pushy and quite patient with my back and forth decision making in buying a home. I must say I was very pleased when she showed me a house that I simply fell in love with. I don’t think she really believed I was going to buy a house. To be honest, I was surprised that I actually purchased a home. I feel Angelika’s knowledge and keen spirit made my decision making a blessing, and I am very happy that she took the time in showing me a house that I call my “Dream House”. Thanks to Angelika, I will be physically moving to my new home on May 5, 2011. I thank Coldwell Banker for their fine representation in the name of ” Angelika Joenathan”.
